Recently, the so-called African swine fever has caused enormous damage to the wild boar population in Russia, and the reduction of its numbers is now not even a matter of natural processes, but of compulsory regulation of the numbers for shooting most of the wild population. In many cases, this is done not even for the purpose of carrying out preventive measures, but, I would say, to reduce the competition of wild boar to the products of local pig farms. The sounds made by the singing bird are unusual, they resemble the song a little, but they are pleasant and fill the forest hut with blissful joy. This miraculous sound has come down to us from the depths of the ages, it acts magically, touches poetic strings in our souls, from the vibrations of which the heart happily knocks. Altai with deer and ibex
Altai for me has become a place where I am constantly drawn. The reason to come here has always been a hunt. Mountains, horse crossings, field camp, and, of course, a variety of hunting species – this is the motive of my aspirations to Altai. Where I had to hunt in these places, there are no roads, only horse trails, so the movement to the place of hunting and on the hunt itself is only on horseback and on foot. I have been riding horses since childhood and so far, which gives me the opportunity to feel confident in the saddle and get great pleasure from it. Moreover, it is very organic and natural to hunt horses. On a horse, you can climb almost any secluded place in the mountains and bring with you all the necessary equipment. Continue reading
